Kinza Khan is a Managing Attorney at CAASE. She focuses her work on civil and criminal protective orders, providing advocacy for survivors of sexual harm. She works with diverse groups of clients and provides legal education trainings to inform survivors and community organizations about survivors’ rights and options.

Kinza’s legal career has been dedicated to representing survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. She has worked on family law, immigration, and civil rights cases. During law school, she was a fellow at the International Human Rights Law Institute where she conducted research on the United Nations’ Convention on Elimination of Discrimination Against Women. Kinza joined CAASE in 2023. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Depaul University College of Law.
