Johara Global is a social enterprise membership organisation that connects women from the GCC Region and globally to provide female leaders and the next generation's change-makers with a trusted support network and a platform to share knowledge, experiences, and the tools to succeed in all aspects of life.
Designed holistically, our Four Pillars offer practical tools through bespoke programs and workshops supported by renowned experts. Our networking events bring together like-minded women and offer thought leadership around topics that are fundamental to a modern woman.

Our core mission is to accelerate female leadership and to promote cross-cultural integration across the Arabian Gulf and globally. We aspire to change the perception of and define the narrative for female leadership in modern society.

With a record of entrepreneurial success, Seema Khan is a creative leader who brings visions to life and has been at the forefront of global change across public and private sector. On Wall Street, she was the general counsel of internet-boom era Tradescape.com, sold to ETrade for +$250MM. In Saudi Arabia, she served as the Chief Strategy Officer for the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, the Senior Advisor on Sports Economy for the General Sports Authority, and as a member of senior teams in country positioning, economic planning, and investment. Adept at guiding large scale portfolios under close domestic and global scrutiny, Seema now steers value as a member of boards and councils bringing a holistic view on financial, socio-economic, and community returns. While the Salzburg Global Seminar recognized her for opening the doors of leadership to others, the US Congress has awarded her its Bronze Medal for Service. She is a UN Women mentor for UAE entrepreneurs.
Admitted to the NY Bar, Seema has studied at the School of International Service, the American University, WDC; the IIT-Chicago-Kent College of Law; and Columbia Law School. She devotes her time to organizations who place knowledge and inclusivity at their heart.
