Haque III Legal Practice, LLC was founded by three siblings looking to create a firm that aligned with their values. The firm prioritizes their clients goals without compromising on value. Saman, specialized in labor and employment law. She advises employers on compliance with employment laws, drafts policies, provides trainings,  and represents employers before administrative agencies (EEOC, NLRB, and local agencies), governmental bodies (DOL, IDES, IDOL, etc.), in court (state and federal), and in mediations and arbitrations.
