Prior to her tenure at Lloyd & Mousilli, Ms. Mousilli was an associate attorney at the Howard Nations Law Firm and gained valuable experience in civil trial practice, specializing in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, individual catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, as well as complex commercial litigation. Prior to her work there, Ms. Mousilli honed her legal acumen at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP in Houston, Texas, where she was a member of the Medical Malpractice Department, providing adept defense on behalf of healthcare practitioners, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare and long-term care entities.

Preceding her tenure as a defense attorney, Ms. Mousilli's career trajectory included a phase practicing civil trial litigation as an associate attorney at Ortiz & Millin, LP in Hidalgo County, Texas, where she predominantly handled complex commercial litigation and personal injury cases and gained expertise within both state and federal courts.

Before practicing civil law, Ms. Mousilli's dedication to justice led her to serve as an Assistant District Attorney, where she prosecuted felony cases. She has also previously clerked for the Honorable Judge Vanessa Gilmore of the United States District Court in Houston, Texas, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas, and the Harris County District Attorney’s office, where she worked on the high-profile and widely followed State of Texas vs. Andrea Yates case.
